Item not for you?

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order via email with your order number and reason for return and we will guide you through the returns process.

You then have a further 7 days to return items physically to us. Any items not received at our depot within this timeframe will be rejected.

We charge £2.99 for returns which will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we are not liable for any lost items, and these will not be refunded

Postage for returns and exchanges will be covered by the customer, and we recommend using a signed for delivery option. 

All returns will be inspected to ensure they are free from makeup, perfume, and wear and tear and tags are still attached.

Gift Vouchers and sale items are non refundable

Embroidery Orders: Regrettably, personalised orders cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced as each embroidered piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personalisation errors submitted at checkout.


Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If accepted we can offer you store credit or an exchange on your item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised orders, sale items or gift cards.
