Each personalised piece is carefully finished in-house to create something truly individual.

-Personalisation may require up to 10 working days before dispatch, plus postage time frames. 

-Once completed, your order will be shipped via your selected delivery method.

Embroidery Style

• Single letters: Bold uppercase
• Initials: Uppercase only (e.g. MC)
• Names: Capitalised (e.g. Lily)
• Dates: 06.06.25 if initials and date are on the same cuff, date will be below initials

 -Due to the bespoke nature of embroidery, slight variations in tone, placement, or font appearance may occur, different thread tones will appear differently on different colours materials, also different letters can look different depending on the font choice. 

To showcase our embroidery, finished pieces that have been embroidered may be photographed prior to dispatch and used on the website, social media, and marketing materials. Images may show first names or initials only, but no other personal information.
