FAQ’s

PRE ORDER: if your set is on a preorder this means that your item is not yet in the UK, it has however been ordered and will be on its way and normally arrives within 7-10 working days. Once your set arrives in the UK this will then be processed under normal processing times. 

PERSONALISATION: if your set requires personalisation this will take between 5-7 working days, your order will be dispatched as soon as it is ready (only on working days).
